ResRookie.sg is run by Kydos Pte Ltd, a company registered in Singapore ("we", "us"). By signing in or buying on ResRookie.sg you agree to these terms with Kydos Pte Ltd. They are governed by the laws of Singapore.
What you're buying
- Access to data about HDB blocks, condo projects or landed streets: a pack (its best 5 blocks, best 8 blocks or all of them), a whole town, a condo or landed district card, or the Pro Toolkit.
- Each purchase is a one-time payment, not a subscription. It gives you 6 months of access in the app, the files by email, and a refreshed version by email each month during those 6 months.
- The licence is for you, for your own property agency work. Please don't resell, publish or share the files outside your own team.
What the data is, and isn't
- It is built from public records (HDB, CEA and URA, under the Singapore Open Data Licence). Numbers such as "likely sellers", estimated prices and paper gains are estimates, not promises.
- It contains no home owner's personal data. You are responsible for following the PDPA, the Do Not Call rules, CEA's rules, and any building or estate rules (for example, condo rules on flyering) when you use it.
- Packs change a little each month as new data comes in.
Limits on each block
Each block goes to at most 3 agents in any 30 days, and each whole town and district card to at most 3 agents. This limits crowding but doesn't make anything exclusive to you.
Payment and refunds
- Payments are collected by Kydos Pte Ltd through Stripe, by PayNow or card, in Singapore dollars. Stripe emails you a receipt.
- Because the data is delivered straight away, we don't give refunds once it has been delivered. We will refund or fix it if you were charged twice, if your files never arrived, or if what you received is clearly not what was described.
- Upgrading a pack to a bigger size costs only the difference.
Our responsibility
We work hard to keep the data accurate and the site running, but we can't guarantee either. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility to you for any purchase is limited to what you paid for it.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; what you've already bought keeps the terms it was bought under.
