Privacy Policy

ResRookie.sg is run by Kydos Pte Ltd, Singapore, which is responsible for your personal data. ResRookie.sg sells data about HDB blocks, condo projects and landed streets to property agents, built from public government records. This page explains what we collect about you, the agent, and what we do with it. We follow Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
What we collect
- Your Google account name and email, when you sign in with Google. We don't get your Google password or anything else in your Google account.
- When you signed in and how many times you've visited.
- What you bought, when, for how much, and until when it lasts.
- Payment details are handled by Stripe, not by us. We never see your card number. Stripe tells us the payment went through, the amount and your email.
- Your name, CEA number and mobile, only if you type them into the app for your scripts. These stay on your own device and are never sent to us.
- Messages you send us by email, WhatsApp or Telegram, with the name and number or username they come from.
- Anonymous usage statistics (Google Analytics), such as which pages are visited.
What we use it for
- To give you access to what you bought, on any device you sign in with.
- To email you your files and their monthly refreshed versions.
- To count how many agents hold each block, so we can cap it and show crowding. Other agents only ever see counts, never who you are.
- To answer your questions, and occasionally to tell you about ResRookie updates. You can ask us to stop at any time.
What we never do
- We don't sell or share your details with anyone, apart from the services that run ResRookie: Google (sign-in, email and storage), Stripe (payments), Netlify (hosting), and WhatsApp and Telegram (when you message us there).
- We don't collect any home owner's personal data. Our data is about blocks, projects and streets, from public HDB, CEA and URA records.
How long we keep it
We keep your purchase records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. You can ask us to delete your sign-in record and anything not needed for those records.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or withdraw your consent for us to use it. Email us and we'll reply within 30 days.
